Samurai Jack runs a gauntlet of Swordsmen from various Anime. Who is the Strongest one he can defeat.

Note: He receives a full healing and ample rest between each round. In edition, all the foes he defeats become Spectators for the remaining battles

Why is Guts after Kenshin and King Bradley? That seems off.

I'd imagine he stops at Zoro or maybe Erza given her track record of just beating people for almost no reason.

He's not beating end of series Kenpachi and Killer Bee can just nuke him.

Erza doesn't beat people for almost no reason. She beats people because she has the power of "my friendships" which in Fairy Tail basically gives you the ability to beat people who were previously curbstomping you with ease, even if it makes no sense.

Well, that and the power of fanservice, considering her stronger 'armors' require her to remove more and more of the actual armor until she's in nothing but a pair of pants and just enough bandage wraps around her chest to keep her from flashing her opponent.

And Jack makes it past maybe Erza if she's not fighting for her friends, but Zoro likely wins through sheer overwhelming brute power. Kenpachi beats him easily and the fight with Bee lasts only until Bee decides he wants to practice his rapping, transforms into Gyuki, and blasts Jack with a Bijuu bomb.

Yeah, Erza might beat him and the other three after her definitely take it. He just can't keep up with that power creep.

Guts vs Kenshin or Bradley is... not super close but it's an entertaining fight.

It basically comes down to the much faster Bradley and Kenshin running rings around him and dodging his hits and landing attacks until he falls down/is consumed by the Berserker Armour entirely.

He could likely get a few wins via creative use of his gadgets and suchlike but he's not really fast enough to compete with either of them in a real capacity.

Hell, Kenshin's strength feats are at least close enough to Guts' that the speed difference makes it a curb stomp in Kenshin's favor.
