    Default Year One stories?

Are there any other Year One stories like Batman: Year One?

There's nothing like Batman: Year One.

But there are some other good year one stories.
It's the Dynamic Duo! Batman and Robin!... and Red Robin and Red Hood and Nightwing and Batwoman and Batgirl and Orphan and Spoiler and Bluebird and Lark and Gotham Girl and Talon and Batwing and Huntress and Azreal and Flamebird and Batcow?

Since when could just anybody do what we trained to do? It makes it all dumb instead of special. Like it doesn't matter anymore.

Besides those under the "Year One" banner, some pretty neat origin stories that I can recommend are:
Superman: Man of Steel by John Byrne
Wonder Woman by George Perez, especially the first volume

Both of these were released after the reboot DC comics did in the 80s, so they are similar to what Batman Year One was, a new origin for the new continuity. The biggest difference was that, while Year One is self contained, Byrne and Perez continued writing and drawing the Superman and Wonder Woman titles respectively. Still, you can just read Man of Steel and the first volume of Perez run and end up with a complete storyarc

Two modern versions of origins stories that I liked were Green Lantern Secret Origins and Green Arrow Year One
"The Batman is Gotham City. I will watch him. Study him. And when I know him and why he does not kill, I will know this city. And then Gotham will be MINE!"-BANE

"We're monsters, buddy. Plain and simple. I don't dress it up with fancy names like mutant or post-human; men were born crueler than Apes and we were born crueler than men. It's just the natural order of things"-ULTIMATE SABRETOOTH

    Adding to the above
    Catwoman Year One
    Huntress Year One
    Two-Face/Scarecrow Year One

The most recent and still ongoing is Superman Year One

Nothing that's on par with Batman: Year One, I'm afraid.

But it was asked for Year One Stories, and Secret Origins are usually much shorter than Year One Stories, and are often more of a summary then an actual story.

There were also a slew of YEAR ONE annuals that came out in the mid to late 90's for all the characters that were being published by DC at the time. Most of them were run-of-the-mill but some were interesting.

There's a Green Arrow: Year One story by Diggle & Jock that is one of the all-time greats.

Black Lightning: Year One is also pretty fun, mostly for the Cully Hamner art.
