Looks like Timo Werner is going to Chelsea, shame, he would have helped Liverpool become two times Champions League Winners, and kept them at the top of the Premier League again.

The one thing I have never liked about European Football is how the money determines who wins. I know COVID has financially restricted teams, but when rich oligarchs from authoritarian countries start to become the only owners who can afford to build top teams. (Chelsea, Manchester City, PSG) it's a problem.

If they strengthen their back line and get a new goalkeeper it's starting to look that way. Either way, it's a blow to Liverpool, you need to spend these days to stay at the top, and Werner would have given Liverpool unstoppable fire power next to Salah & Mane.

Didn’t know the Premier League was back. Currently watching Watford v. Leicester City on NBCSN. Cool!

Swansea won 3-0 away at Middlesbrough today, so I'm very happy with that!

Yesterday Pogba showed why he is a world class player. I understand that Man U isn't match fit, but if you remove Pogba, Fernandes and Rashford form the team, they start to look like a middle team club.

Nifty goal by Ben Chilwell, I can see why Chelsea want him.

Hmmm, I wonder if the players are getting enthusiastic about the new ownership? As long as they tired out Sheffield for Man U, all is good. That will be an interesting game, David De Gea vs Dean Henderson, Man U goalie, vs potential Man u goalie.

Kane looks exhausted. I am slightly worried.

Looks like Anthony Martial is shaping up to be a proper number 9.

starting to wonder if this is Manchester City's great decline:

    1) They face a two year ban from the Champions League, which could see someone like Kevin De Bruyne wanting a move
    2) Sergio Aguero has to go in for knee surgery, at age 32 that's most likely a curtain call on his career.
    3) David Silva is 34 and ready to retire
    4) Leroy Sane has rejected a contract and will most likely leave to Germany
    5) Their defensive is crapping out

The only thing that they have in their favour is one of the richest owners in football.
