Here are a few of my all-time favorites (graphic novels and collections) -
Spider-Man (616)
Kraven's Last Hunt
Spider-Man: Sinister Six
Saga of the Symbiote
Superior Spider-Man
Death of the Stacys
Nothing Stops The Juggernaut
Spider-Man Death of Jean Dewolf
Spider-Island
Alternate Spider-Man
Spider-Man Noir: The Complete Collection
Spider-Man: Miles Morales Omnibus
Spider-Man: Spider-Verse - Spider-Gwen
Spider-Man: Renew Your Vows
* Please note some of these (such as Superior Spider-Man) span multiple volumes.

"So you've come to the end now alive but dead inside."
Thank you very much! I'm glad I see a Kraven title there.
I don't blind date I make the direct market vibrate
Surprised that "The Kid Who Collected Spider-Man" is missing until now.
Anyway, some recs not mentioned here:
- "To Have and To Hold"
- "Superman versus The Amazing Spider-Man"
- "The Kid Who Collected Spider-Man"
- "The Daydreamers"
- Chip Zdarsky's entire Spectacular Spider-Man run collected in two volumes, but specifically "My Dinner with Jonah" and #310.
- "The Wedding!" (ASM Annual #21)
I recommend to check the whole Stan Lee/Steve Ditko era, that has been released in different editions, from which you can choose the one you like more. Later, John Romita Sr replaced Ditko, but the stories keep on being incredible, so if you enjoy it, you can follow reading what Stan Lee wrote. Also, the period of writer Roger Stern in the title Amazing Spider-Man was just as great. If you are interested in shorter stories, I highly recommend Kraven's Last Hunt and Spider-Man Blue above all. Also, The night Gwen Stacy died and The death of Jean Dewolf. If you want stories that aren't that old (or want to check distinct periods), the time that writer J.M Straczynski and penciller John Romita Jr were in the title Amazing Spider-Man was great, when John Romita Jr left the title, the comics were still mostly good, but there were also some controversials and/or bad stories. Superior Spider-Man is also a recommendable title, and it shows a completely different dynamic, because the main character is Dr Octopus controlling Spider-Man's body
"The Batman is Gotham City. I will watch him. Study him. And when I know him and why he does not kill, I will know this city. And then Gotham will be MINE!"-BANE
"We're monsters, buddy. Plain and simple. I don't dress it up with fancy names like mutant or post-human; men were born crueler than Apes and we were born crueler than men. It's just the natural order of things"-ULTIMATE SABRETOOTH
I'd also recommend in chronological order:
The Night Gwen Stacy Died.
The Kid Who Collected Spider-Man.
Kraven's Last Hunt.
Ultimate Spider-Man #1-13 specifically 13.
The Amazing Spider-Man: Coming Home.
The Superior Spider-Man.
The Superior Foes of Spider-Man.
Peter Parker: The Spectacular Spider-Man more so for My Dinner With Jonah and Finale. Finale is fucking brilliant.

I would recommend the current series: Spider-Man: Life Story by Chip Zdarsky. It is absolutely brilliant! It's a mini series that explores what if Peter Parker aged?
My favorite Spider-Man writer is J.M Straczynski. The larger collections of his work are expensive, but you can find the individual trades for very cheap on eBay. Skip Volume 8, Sins Past and the final arc One More day, which was editorial garbage. Overall he writes an older more mature Peter Parker and I loved it!
I would also recommend Spider-Man Renew Your Vows. There was a four issue mini-series by Dan Slott and then it was an ongoing series by Gerry Conway, Ryan Stegman, and Jody Houser. Peter and MJ are married and have a kid and it explores their fun spidey family adventures.
As you can see from my recommendations, I'm tired of seeing Peter as a teenage as that has been very thoroughly explored

Favorite Characters:
DC: The Flash (Jay & Wally), Starman- Jack Knight, Stargirl, & Shazam!.
MARVEL: Daredevil, Spider-Man (Peter Parker), & Doctor Strange.
