I am going to read a Suicide Squad mini where Amanda Waller has a get out of Hell free card. I seem to remember that being a thing in a couple of comics beside Suicide Sqaud. Am I right on this or am i crazy?

That card was the major plot point in the Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay animated movie too. Waller wanted it bad and sent the team out to get it but some baddies want it too. I loved that movie.
