Rambo and Wick start on opposite ends of town in gun shops. Neither can escape until the other is dead. Meanwhile the town is screwing with them both in its particular way. Bloodlust is on only insofar as the fight between Wick and Rambo is concerned (i.e. they will do their best to kill each other but are not suddenly immune to whatever Silent Hill might do to mess with their heads).

This is interesting. Given Silient Hill screed younup by making you deal with your sins, and both have murdered many.
This gets crazy and fast.

Silent Hill would own the crap out of them both long before they found each other. They both have both heavy sins and deep psychological scars. Might as well put Superman in a town entirely made of kryptonite.

Rambo should be able to win this(assuming they don't get taken out by Silent Hill itself).
Wick's good with guns, and both pretty indomitable wills, but Rambo's whole thing is being so stealthy that he can avoid a whole army looking for him as he kills them one by one; avoiding one guy until he gets the drop on him should be comparatively trivial.
Also, regarding the willpower issue, Rambo once shoved out a metal rod that was impaling him and then intentionally set part of his insides on fire to cauterize the wound. It caused him pain, yes, but when it was over he was fine seconds after.
