Since Captain America is not going to be around (for a while anyway), how about Free Spirit? Marvel has shown that they can make successes of characters who are not well known (which FS is not, to say the least).

Silver Sable.
That movie with Black Cat will never be made.
Batman - Daredevil
I'd go for Elsa Bloodstone but I really want to see her battling monsters on the big screen, with the appropriate budget to really make the creatures look great. Instead, I picked "Other" and went with Jennifer Kale, who is akin to Elsa in some ways but lends herself to more to stories that don't require extra-heavy special effects. Just compelling actors to play evil wizards/witches/etc, some decent spell-casting SFX, and then just mood and atmosphere, putting it a bit closer into the horror vein vs. "blowing up monsters" action.
Update: Marvel Studios will debut She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel on Disney+, so scratch them out for ABC.

Jeremy Conrad says the show was supposed to be about Elsa Bloodstone, which doesn't surprise me. It's safe to say it's probably not happening anymore with the restructuring of Marvel TV, unless Marvel Studios liked the concept so much that they decided to pick it up for a series of their own.

Oh damn. I thought this was about ABC comics.
I always thought if ,and when Deadpool was introduced to MCU. With Deadpool in the PG-13 world, I'd still let him swear. But bleep him like the Tiny Toon Adventure character, Fowlmouth. Who cursed a blue streak, but got bleeped to no end. Likewise, Elsa I wouldn't mind getting the same treatment.
