I'm not giving DC any of my money after HIC. If the first issue comes out and I hear that its decent I'll pick up on issue by issue basis.

Also it has to acknowledge HIC as little as possible. I know it's the jumping off point unfortunately but more than that I won't buy it.

I refuse to give any credence to that nonsensical dumpster fire.

Given that the book is using characters created by Dan, I think it's pretty clear that he has a lot of creative influence on this book. No way is Lobdell is going to write the character out of the mess from HiC especially if that was Didio's idea too.
