Specter never died , Im sure he was repowered and Wing was seen with Anole/Armor/Pixie in one panel.
Although we haven't seen them on panel I imagine the Corsairs , Dryad and Specter were brought back because of Cyclops maybe even DJ. Preview is also alive but she is a precog so I imagine she has to stay behind for a little while longer and powerless. Knowing Emma's influence I doubt Specter and Tag went through the crucible and she found ways to repower them without killing them again.

I think Wind Dancer should be put on the list as deceased, since she came out of limbo only to be killed in X-Factor.

They could revive her, but so far we only know that X-Factor is still in Mojoworld so ... Until they get out of there and declare her dead, she can't be resurrected.

It was weird she wasn't with her sister but I remember either Yost or Nunzio stating she wasn't on the bus , was depowered and alive. It was a one-off panel preview it was implied it was Wing but wasn't stated and I have no clue what preview it was for sorry but I would say probably all senior X-Men had there students revived firstly so Cyclops/Shadowcat/Emma Frost/Beast/Iceman/Storm maybe Gambit and Rogue.

Her powers only allowed her to see a few minutes into the future, so she probably didn't see the attack coming :/
