My favorite Superman reference comes from the film Fred Claus. The villain of the story, played by Kevin Spacey, is a d!ck to everyone because he wanted a Superman cape from Santa as a child and never got it. He even began wearing glasses that he didn't need because that's what Superman did. Once he gets his cape, he's no longer the bad guy and even wears it under his suit.
Bonus love for this reference because Fred Claus came out only a year after Superman Returns, where Spacey had played the Superman hating Lex Luthor.

I liked this scene from 'Parks and Recreation' comedy show. Seinfeld also showed love to Lex Luthor.
