Default What're the top ten Bat-Stories of the 2010's?

Part of the reason why I ask is because I want to see if there's any good bat stories I missed out on.

    No, apparently not.

Top ten I have no clue, but I liked the beginning of Court of Owls and some parts of the Snyder/Capullo run.
    Maybe some one-shots in-between.

Interesting question. So that covers some of Grant Morrison's Batman and Robin into Batman, Incorporated. Of those: Batman and Robin Must Die, Batman: Leviathan Strikes One-Shot, the Talia Al Ghul issue #3 and the return of Batman 666.

Batman: The Black Mirror is by far Scott Snyder's best Batman story. If I were to do a top ten as the OP asked for, that would probably top it. I'd also recommend Endgame and Twenty-Seven by Snyder.

Peter J Tomasi's Batman and Robin Annual which sees Bruce Wayne on a treasure hunt set by Damian Wayne is a must.

No fan of Tom King's time on Batman at all. An exception to that is Batman Annual #2.

    In no order:

    • Batman: Gates of Gotham
    • Batman, the dark knight: Cycle of Violence <- one of my all times favorite Batman story
    • Batman, the dark knight: Clay (the full tpb witch includes the Man-Bat story)
    • Batman: Night of the Owl Saga (court of owls + night of the owls + crossovers)
    • Batman & Robin new52: Batman Impossible (Annual #1)
    • Batman Inc + Batman & Robin New52 <- reads as one longue story
    • We Are Robin + Robin War <- to read after Batman & Robin new52
    • Batman: White Night + Batman: Curse of the White Knight <- last one not yet published
    • Batman / Elmer Fudd
    • Detective Comics New52: Emperor Penguin
    • Poison Ivy: Cycle of Life and Death
    • Batman Eternal + Batman & Robin Eternal <- reads as one story
    • Li'l Gotham
    • Penguin: Pain and Prejudice
    • Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles I-III <- 3rd one to come
    • Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures
    • Earth-one

Haven't yet read but seem good to:

    • Batman/Superman New52
    • Batman Beyond Rebirth
    • Arkham Manor
    • Gotham by Midnight
    • Talon <- spin-off the Owls Saga
    • Super Sons
    • Batman and the Outsiders

    Interresting Upcoming titles:

    • Batman/Superman Rebirth
    • Batman vs. Ra's al Ghul
    • Gotham City Monsters
    • The Batman's Grave
    • The Joker: Killer Smile

By curiosity, what have you read and what do you recommand ?

Gregg Hurwitz’s run on Batman: The Dark Knight is underrated.

The first chapters of this title by Paul Jenkins, David Finch and Joe Harris where not that good.
Too few then read Gregg Hurwitz’s run and too few have a good opinion of this title.
It's sad because it's one the best Batman run ever on any Bat-title.

Honestly, Snyder's run and Morrisons Batman Inc stuff. That's most of what I can remember.

A story I'd recommend is one single issue of Batman '66: the last one, issue 30.

    Thank you for the list.

Since you remember Batman Inc. and you remember what happens to Robin you should continue with Batman & Robin new52.

Personally my favorite story of this decade that I've read is Zero Year, particularly the Red Hood half. The half after that isn't as good, but still fun though, but the whole Red Hood portion is amazing and is my preferred Batman and Joker origin story (yes, even over Year One and The Killing Joke, although I still love both those tales).

While I feel it didn't really live up to the hype I thought The White Knight was very good and am definitely eagerly awaiting for the Curse of the White Knight to come out in trade so I can give that a go too.

Count me in as one of those who enjoyed the Earth One stories. Are we ever going to get that third volume?

Stories I haven't yet read from this decade but really want to:
All the Batman and Ninja Turtles team ups
    Noël

Upcoming stories I want to check out:
A bunch of the upcoming Black Label titles, all the Joker and Harley stuff sounds real interesting to me. Unique elseworld flavors and all that.

This is the first I'm hearing of Gotham City Monsters, anyone got a link to the news on that one?
