First off, I fail to see what this thread is meant to be. I mean, not everyone is going to be able to pull off what they have hopes for, due to money and looks, so this thread may wind up going down a very dark path.

But, if I'm going to humor you, I'll elaborate more on the lazy attempts than those who just weren't able to have the resources, though given my lack of convention experience, my memory is going to fail me somewhat. I swear it was during a Gen-Con that I saw a man dress up as a TARDIS, but the TARDIS looked more like a fridge box than a British telly.

Kid Rock cosplaying as trailer park trash, when he is really an heiress and grew up in a huge mansion.

So why isn't this thread about the best cosplay? I don't think there is any bad cosplay, if it is done in the spirit of a fan honoring what they love. It's about celebrating the culture.
In fact the "bad" cosplay can be more fun than the good ones.
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

Bonus points if you're mostly naked.

Thew blue eye-shadow was a bit much, although at least he did look like a legit Romulan for that universe.
However I am a bit taken aback by the whole Space -Gaucho look...LOL!
