The question is like saying a duck is half way in intelligence between an amoeba and Einstein. Without the characteristics of the scale, I can't answer it.

It isn’t, by the way. Halfway between, I mean.

I mean it depends on the duck, obviously, but certain ducks that shall remain nameless (*cough*) are to Einstein what he is to an amoeba.

Some of us have fourteen profeatherships and seventy-six ducktorates.

An Amoeba a Duck and Einstein walk into a bar.
Bartender says to the Amoeba; “You better pay the tab before you split.”
The duck replies; "Don't worry, just put it on my tab."
Eisenstein says; "Don't you mean 'put it on my bill'?"
The duck says; "Okay, put it on his bill."

This was unexpectedly effective at eliciting a chuckle.

That was funny. There was a Green Loontern duck that was pretty high up the power scale. Howard had the hots for Lea Thompson, does that count in this equation?

I'd actually pick a Transformer or a Power Ranger.
I think they have the ability to take on both cosmic and street level threats while at the same time being believably beaten by a cosmic or street level threat is not out of the picture for either of them either.
