Isn't Gladiator evil?
There'd be no way he should be allowed to use Mjolnir.

He'd have to actively will it to do so, and he's already being weakened by the radiation's presence as he does, so it's not a great situation for him.
Beyond that, nothing in the OP states that Gladiator gets Thor's physicality stacked onto his own, just that he can use the hammer like Classic Thor could.

I just assumed that transforming the weilder is a basic part of the Mjolnir powerset. Even novice wielders transform automatically upon picking up enchanted weapons. It would be weird if an expert user couldn't even consciously access that particular ability. By feats, turning a mortal into a "god" is an established part of what Mjolnir can do.
