Actually, the Colossal Titan is bigger than Kong & can create multi city block wide explosions by shifting between his human and titan form so the bigger Skullcrawler may not work too.

Without knowing much on Kong's feats, a creature with animal intelligence seems like it would have a tough time against 5 titans. Unless he bites their necks they will be hard to keep down with the regen
