In all seriousness the number one battle needs to be Superman vs Doomsday.
Other best fights are
Wally vs Thawne in Return of BA.
Wally vs Savitar in Dead heat.
Azbats vs Bane was pretty brutal.

A good fight scene for me would be like Kill Bill but I don't think I've seen that in DC. There might be one out there somewhere but I haven't read it since I haven't read much.
The closest thing right now would be Nightwing vs Shiva in New 52. It's pretty long so that's good, and the way they draw the punch, dodge, weave and weapon swing is clear, but since I don't personally like the interior art beauty-wise, she's wearing that overly designed outfit, and the dialogue can be nonsensical, it's not actually the best. Just the closest thing I want right now.

Oh, wait. No. This is better. While looking for Nightwing vs Shiva art I found Connor Hawke vs Shiva on Comicvine. The fight's pretty long too and the brutality plus some insane moves like Shiva blocking Connor's arrow with her foot fulfill my Kill Bill wish.

Superman vs Doomsday from The Death of Superman.
Superman vs Batman and Batman vs the Mutant Leader (both rounds) from The Dark Knight Returns.
The whole final battle in Kingdom Come.
While not necessarily on the level as the others, I'm also partial to Kyle/Oliver and then Hal vs Sinestro in Green Lantern: Rebirth, and I remember loving Superman vs Lex in Public Enemies.
