    For me 1 to 4 are the first 4 trades of JLI. Think that covers 1 to 24 plus some annuals. THAT is my Justice League. Plus the first ARC or two of JLE.

    The next 3 would be JLA Tower of Babel and the ID story and finally Identity Crisis.

    I'm still kinda new to Justice League, only reading the New 52. What about the one with art by Ed Benes? It started with the Trinity choosing, new members. When I don't know the story quality I usually pick by the art I like.
    I already have Morrison's JL in my wishlist and of course the original Silver Age Volume.
