Default Golden Age Fiddler (Isaac Bowin) <though he wasn't the first one>

In another thread ("Did you know there was another Golden Age Fiddler?" at https://community.cbr.com/showthread...en-Age-Fiddler) it was pointed out that first time DC had a villain known as "The Fiddler", he was a foe of The Vigilante and first appeared in Action Comics #59 (April 1943).

    This thread isn't about him.

The perhaps more familiar Golden Age villain called "The Fiddler" was Isaac Bowin, who made his first appearance in All-Flash #32 (December 1947/January 1948).

NOTE: Story was later reprinted in The Flash #160 (April 1966)

Isaac Bowin's second encounter with Jay was in Flash Comics #92 (March 1948).

Next he teamed up with The Wizard, Sportsmaster, Huntress, The Icicle and Harlequin (though Molly wasn't really with them!) for the second appearance of "The Injustice Society of the World" in All-Star Comics #41 (June-July 1948):

Though the version I read was when it was reprinted in Justice League of America #113 (September-October 1974):
