For sure, the show really helped realize the potential of John and Hawkgirl, especially Hawkgirl. Considering how late I got into comics, I don't think I would have even registered Hawkgirl if it wasn't for the Justice League animated series.Originally Posted by Electricmastro

It's hard to say. The problem with both of the Hawks is that their backstories have been such wildly divergent bags of mess. Originally Posted by HandofPrometheus

A real strength of the Silver Age Hawks was that they had an equally shared, joint story. Both the Golden Age version, and everything that followed Hawkworld had Hawkwoman as a character whose story was dependent on Hawkman's story.
