I don’t know what the team would be about. But I feel that these are the B list superheroes with the biggest fan bases. So maybe if you combine them you might get a book that sells okay.

What defines a B List Hero? Anyways here are my picks:

Cyborg( I wish he was A list and DC likes to pretend he is, but he's been treated as C list or worse by writers)

Supergirl( Could be low to mid A list, but comic wise she's B list, nothing positive or memorable has been done with her for years)

Well, if you had a good hook to go with this line-up, and perhaps a celebrity creator to attract fans to it in the first place, yeah, it would likely sell. Those characters are popular enough, with J'ohn maybe scraping the bottom of the A level, Vixen with a lot of exposure recently in other media as well as comics, PG being popular enough to still have fans over a decade after her last real stories were published. Tim, John, and Wally of course are very popular in their own right, with Tim perhaps not at near his peak popularity, but still popular. Wally and John also might be on the A level though.

I feel like that’s a good mix of characters with interesting powers and personalities. I think it could sell, especially if it was written by an all star writer. This team could also face a wide array of challenges (alien, multversal, meta-human, magical). I’d read it!

Powerful, all pretty much true B listers, and versatile, and most of the characters would benefit from such a team book. Which would sell IMO, with a number of draws.

The main goal here is to put the Hawks together, I'm tired of just one of them (usually Hawkwoman/girl) allowed per team. Hawkman have become one of my favorites in past couple years, so it would be nice see him leading a team.

Jayme because I was looking for a younger character to bring, and he would be a good powerhouse to have given his inexperience.

Atom - Ray and Carter are old friends and every team needs a science expert and I really enjoyed him on Venditti's Hawkman. Adam Strange would be more like a recurring character, and it would be cool to see him on Earth based adventures. Dr. Fate, because I really liked his DCYou series. Vixen because she is badass and should be more used.

I would probably bring Madame Xanadu as a supporting character and explore her relationship with the Hawks through out time, and would do the same with The Shade.

Superman is A list, but gets treated as B list to prop up Batman and due to circumstances outside the comics(MoS, BvS and Injustice did NOTHING to raise his profile).
