Due to space time shenanigans, a young Doctor K (Power Rangers: RPM) is abducted by Section 31 instead of Alphabet Soup, "raised" under the same circumstances as she was in her native timeline--under the bogus narrative that she was allergic to the sun. She eventually creates the Venjix Virus once she comes of age and learns the truth about her "solar allergy". She releases Venjix against Section 31.
How f**ked is the universe of Star Trek, assuming that Section 31 is unable to contain Venjix.
*I always have believed that Section 31 was exclusive to the Kelvin (reboot film) timeline of Star Trek; I could be wrong.
