I'm wondering if this image is from the late issues of Sensation Comics after the focus changed to romance. I'm just curious because, well, they're about to suck each other's tongues out.
I saw it in this article from The Mary Sue, but the image is only there for the "see red" pun.

Just from the uniform that Steve is wearing, I guess it's from the 60's, shortly before the 'mod' era. Maybe the artist was Andru or Sekowsky. I can't pinpoint it to a specific issue, however.
