Given the success of Harley Quinn, DC should leverage more of the original characters from Batman TAS - specifically, the Ninja Kyodai Ken, HARDAC, Tygrus, Red Claw, and of course... the Phantasm.

Batman already had The Reaper (whom I believe came first)

Also, so many Legionnaires and so many of their supporting characters ...

Bushido - His time as a Teen Titan was way too short

And his death was weird. Cut in half by some sort of death-cutting vision by Superboy Prime (it couldn't have been *heat* vision because there was blood everywhere, it totally wasn't hot enough to cauterize a wound, let alone burn completely through someone!). Ugh.

Danny Chase - There is so much untapped potential for a grown up Dan and DC needs more people with mental powers. Dan Chase DEO Agent would be perfect.
Vibe - Too good to just be sitting around in limbo while lesser characters get used.
Bombshell - Another forgotten Titan who has so much untapped potential. She would be great in a team book as the snarky rebel.
Bunker - Probably the best thing to come out of the Nu52 Teen Titans mess. He is such a great character and to see him sidelined is just sad.

Pretty sad when 4 out of my 5 or all former members of the Teen Titans.

Yeah, there have been a ton of Teen Titans I'd love to see again. My particular choice for dead Titans to be seen again, would be Kole. I always loved the visual of her powers, she was like a second-rate Green Lantern (with crystal constructs instead of green energy constructs), but I preferred the visual.

I agree with everyone saying that Red X should be brought into the DCU. He’s already known to a generation of fans who grew up watching Teen Titans, he has a cool name, and a super cool design. Since there were already hints that he was Jason Todd, they should make him Red Hood’s sidekick or at least team member in The Outlaws. Or introduce him in the Nightwing book. Dick Grayson desperately needs to expand his own rogue’s gallery.

Let me just say; if Red X was ever put into the comics (outside of Elseworlds), that would really screw with a lot of headcannons and fanfics out there (as many presume Red X to be Jason Todd).
