    Announced at D23.
Is this the other “big thing” coming in December they were teasing a while back?
    Looks sort of cosmic-themed.

Presumably Skrull and Kree. Since that's kinda Teddy's thing.

It's definitely Teddy. The green planet symbol is a logo of the Kree (as seen on Mar-Vell's first costume), so we know it relates to them somehow. And no other Kree use a sword!

I hadn't even noticed the symbol, but the silhouette alone just screams Hulkling. The scales on his shoulders/arms are classic Teddy, the sword design is almost identical to the Excelsior one we saw on New Avengers, from the handle to the bandages wrapped around it. I'll be honestly shocked if it's anyone other than him.

Also, it looks like Matthew Rosenberg might be involved:

It probably ties in with his Annihilation one-shot.

    Rosenberg rather than Ewing?

    That's disappointing.

Teddy's time to shine though! Now they just gotta give him a new name

What about Green Marvel? Green refers to his Skrull side and Marvel to his relationship with Mar-Vell.

I imagine this is related to Rosenberg's Annihilation event.

His sister used a sword as Quasar and Martyr. I mean she's dead now but still

Oh, for Dende's sake. First New Mutants, then the Nova one shot, now that?
I'd gladly put him on Hulk and Valkyrie and give Nova and Hulkling to Ewing.
Bringing back the old, killing the young: that's the Marvel way
