Depends, peak Matt (S2/Defenders) was fast enough to catch arrows, very agile, and able to eat quite a lot of punishment, not even counting the armor. Also defeated Nobu, who gave him a lot of trouble in S1, and took on two fingers of the Hand at the same time, people who have such level of skill that they can make Luke Cage feel their hits, and was doing very well. My memories regarding Bourne are very blurry, but I don't remember him having what it takes to defeat this version of Daredevil, in both rounds.

The nerfed S3 DD is not quite as capable and agile as he used to be, and lacks some of the finesse he had earlier on, but he is still has some good damage soak once he gets going again (see his fights with Bullseye, mainly). I'd need to rewatch some of Bourne's feats to give a more informed opinion.
