The Persuader's axe is absurd right? Like, would probably cut through Cap's shield as butter absurd. So this could come down to how fast, skilled, and strong these guys are. If Peter can yank that axe away from him then it would be a huge boon to his team.

At the bell, Spider-man can leap forwards and fire his webshooters before the other side can react. Tharok and Persuader can get free from the webbing, but not before Spider-man is blitzing them with super-strength. Cap might get a punch or kick in before it's over.
