Apollo Creed decides to take a trip to Hong Kong for a vacation until he finds himself to stuck in the wrong time as he meets the following guys and has to fight them:

1) The Northerner
2) 10 Karate Black Belts.
3) General Miura
4) Master Hung + two other Hung Ga masters
5) Twister
6) Frank
7) Cheung Tin Chi
8 ) Owen Davidson

Round 1: Boxing Ring under Boxing Rules
Round 2: Anything goes.

How far does he get?

He should win just fine against the Karate guys in the first scenario since they're stuck using a form of fighting they aren't used to, though Twister and Franky are still going to destroy him since that's their preferred style. Miura might have some trouble but I still see him winning. The Northerner definitely rolls on him regardless. That guy was damn strong.

Not sure about the other two.

Round 2? Poor Apollo gets shredded by The Northerner alone.

yup. limiting it to a boxing match takes out a good deal of their offense, save for twister and franky. it gets bad for apollo when he gets to those two, since they are both stupid strong and just as good as he is.

round 2 is where apollo gets fucked up. with no experience against fighting martial artists, he will get wrecked out the jump.

outside of drago, the boxers in "rocky" weren't generally portrayed as superhuman. apollo is a great boxer but he's still a boxer and still limited by that style. also that 3rd match with rocky happened off-screen, so it's pretty unusable here.

Drago was blatantly toying with Apollo and goofing off at first. The moment he decided to turn up the heat, Apollo got slaughtered. He did not give a tussle to Drago at all.

And there are guys on this list faster, stronger and smarter than Drago.

apollo landed some punches but they didn't really do anything. once drago punched him once, he was done. and remember, drago KILLED him. no matter how well he might have done, which wasn't that well at all, drago beat him to death.

and as guy said, the guys he facing hit as hard, if not harder than drago.
