Wonder Woman
Vixen
Black Canary (a little too tied to Green Arrow for my liking, but she counts)
Starfire
Raven
Bumblebee (yes I love TEEN TITANS GO! Fight me)

The Silencer
Big Barda
Naomi
Black Canary
Not of a *male* superhero, 'though, so she's fair game.
Madame Xanadu is an interesting choice, perhaps more so than the ubiquitous Zatanna in that role.
Ooh, mentions of Witchfire and Celsius, Harbinger and Lady Quark, all fun characters with visually dynamic powers!
Who will be the first to mention Tomorrow Woman or Moon Maiden?
THE SIGNAL (Duke Thomas) is DC's secret shonen protagonist so I made him a fandom wiki
also, check out "The Signal Tape" a Duke Thomas fan project.

Wonder Woman
Black Canary
Platinum
Vixen
Katana
Raven
Man of Steel, Batman v. Superman, Justice League.
My favorite film trilogy.
I mostly debated including her because of Big barda and Starfire, who together seems to have a lot of powers similars to her. But then I remembered that the League tackle the big crisis, so having three surfire heavy hitter (Starfire, Barda and Naomi), one who can reach their range I think buyt isn't always depicted as such (Vixen), and then two veterans meta with lower and opposite powers and view of the world (Black Canary and The Silencer) seemed to allow for both versatility and success even outside battles. Plus, Naomi could learn from Starfire and Barda how to use her abilities, while Honor and Dinah would teach her how to fight most effectively.
Obviously, if we added a seventh member, Mera would get the spot, to have a magnificent seven Justice League Dianic !
1) Wonder Woman
2) Black Canary
3) Vixen
4) Katana
5) Fire
6) Ice
Too bad I can't include Hawkgirl, Zatanna, Jessica Cruz or Mera.
I thought of including Starfire, Raven and Bumblebee but I like them better as Titans.
Done with DC. Can't handle the constant whiplash! Time to go on a hiatus!
Wonder Woman
Starfire
Black Canary
Huntress
Maxima
Lois Lane
Wonder Woman
Black Canary
Vixen
Ya'Wara
Star Sapphire
Witchfire
Golden Age-inspired Justice League (or should I say Justice Society?) DC heroines:
Wonder Woman, Black Canary, Phantom Lady
Liberty Belle, Rose Psychic, Wildfire
Wonder Woman
Black Canary
Vixen
And 3 brand new characters - because this shouldn't be as difficult to answer as it is.
Assuming that none of the current Justice League teams are disbanding, I'd go with:
Vixen(Leader)
Black Canary
Dr. Light
Isis
Black Orchid
Big Barda
