As far as I can recall, two.

Monica Lynne was his love interest for quite a few years (they met in an Avengers issue that came out in 1970, and broke up off-panel sometime between 1992 & 1999). They were even engaged to be married.

And in the Priest run, we discovered he'd had a relationship with Nikki Adams (who later became Ross' boss/girlfriend) in college, but the relationship didn't last long.
