Assuming they both get made, which of the trilogies are you more looking forward to? You must choose one, no third option.
I hadn't seen anything mentioned at the recent events, but I assume they're still getting made.
Rian Johnson's Trilogy
David Benioff and D.B. Weiss Trilogy

With almost zero information available about these projects how does it make sense to look forward to one over another?
Creator's prior work. In the same way that I am anticipating Reeves batman because I thought what he did with the apes movie was great.
The names alone don't sway me in one direction or another. So I won't know till I hear the concepts.
"They can be a great people Kal-El, they wish to be. They only lack the light to show the way. For this reason above all, their capacity for good, I have sent them you. My only son." - Jor-El
Probably D&D because they haven’t proven they don’t know what to do with SW and theirs might actually be made.

Good Marvel characters- Bring Them Back!!!
Johnson's; the guy showed he knows how the franchise ticks, can come up with good stories for the settings, and I like his cinematography. No familiarity with the other two, so I hope they do well, since they're up first.
Doctor Strange: "You are the right person to replace Logan."
X-23: "I know there are people who disapprove... Guys on the Internet mainly."
(All-New Wolverine #4)
Wow why wasn't neither an option? LOL!
As far as looking froward, my choice; The *Favreoni * Trilogy. Yes I'm calling it that!
They've already gotten approved for two seasons, hopefully it turns into three!
If you don't know who that is...
*coined it here. Now start using it!

David Benioff and D.B. Weiss Trilogy without hesitation
"So you've come to the end now alive but dead inside."
Hmm, which one am i waiting the most for ? The one from the dude who made the worst star wars movie ever or the one from dumb & dumber?
Question, question...that's a toughie.
D&D are working on an Old Republic series which is my favorite era in Star Wars so if I had to choose right now, that would be the one.
Having said that, I'm not overly optimistic about either of these.
Without any context of the movies? I'll go with Benoff and Weiss.
Benioff and Wise without question. It was not just that I didn't like Johnson's "take" on Star Wars it was the fact that it was just a bad movie with some really dumb writing.
