Most likely, he just ignores it due to Dragonball Ki-levels conferring the ability to ignore esoterics if they are not from a source comparable to themselves.

Which is the best case scenario, as if it did work on him he might accidentally blow up the solar system in response to whatever it is that he is shown by Sasuke.

The thread specifically has made the stipulation that, for the purposes of the thread, ki and chakra are to be considered as the same thing.

So, on the basis of that, I think this goes pretty much how Ino versus the Jyuubi went. Sasuke puts Beerus into it and he's under for like a second and then he shakes it off with little effort.
