Given how bad the Bengals and Redskins are , the 2 teams have to examine giving Kaepernick a few weeks to end the season after a week of practice. To see what is there given how bad things are right now. They aren't winning games clearly , but in Bengals case maybe Kaepernick can excite a fanbase that clearly is pissed at Brown right now.
