If Karima hadn’t goaded Gregor into action, Mystique, Wolverine, Nightcrawler, and Cyclops would have made it out.

I mean, as for Rachel using telepathy to communicate from another Galaxy, if I'm not mistaken she was juiced up from absorbing a fragment of the phoenix force. That wasn't a regular feat a mortal mutant could do at will.

How come Magneto didn't go??? That WHOLE place is made out of Metal......send Magneto and Polaris. BOOM everything is done. They will be home in time for Corn Flakes.

Disposability. They had to have Jean to connect the strike team to mission control, but their entire strategy for the future is based on stacking as many Omega class mutants as possible. How many do you risk on a potential suicide run? It would have been a great thing to send the Extinction team there, sure, but the nerds on that space station were willing to kamekaze themselves for the win. What if they lost Storm? What if they lost Magneto? Having Charles around means they still have options if they lost Jean, but losing any other Omega would have been disasterous.

Losing Storm and Magneto is a necessary Cause. IF they went to the space station. They still have more Omega level mutants. Honestly, I don't know why Hickman made that much of a Big stink on "Omega" mutants if he's not utilizing them properly.

The galaxy distance communication was dumb in the first place. She had no Phoenix Force at the time since it had left both her and Korvus' sword in preparation for Hope's coming. They needed a way to bring Rach, Havok and Polaris back and went the TP route.

It's interesting that the gods are the humans and the titans are the mutants. Shouldn't it be the other way around? Mutants came from the humans, so they should be the gods.

Possibly. To the the robots, man is god because man is the creator. Mutants are the fallen who seek to usurp man's place in the world hence they are the Titans, the nephilim.
