Question I Need Information on a Comic book

I have recently acquired a Stack of Comics and there is one Specific comic that i need information on

Its a Boris Karloff book entitled Tales of Mystery.

There is no Number on it but there is a Date 1964
The first Story is The Comet with a Curse.

The Pictures i get online about this book all has a Gold Key Publications Label on it but mine doesnt?
Please help me..May this Comic book be worth anything seeing that it does not have this Label on it?

If it has a yellow W on the upper left corner then it's a Whitman comic, which is basically the same as Gold Key.

Does the cover look like the one in this link?

Here's a collection of covers from that series at the Cover Browser site.

From your description, I think it might be this, which is an Australian reprint from 1974:

I suspected that it might have been a print or reprint from a country outside the U.S.

Yes, probably a reprint. If Captain Redbeard checks for a price that would be a giveawy since Gold Key's cover price would be 12 cents. A reprint would be a higher price.
