It was in the later parts of Carnage's return mini by Zeb Wells and Clayton Crain, collected under the subtitle "Family Feud."
The spider is always on the hunt.

    The first Big Wheel.
When Overdrive took over the Big Wheel i actually though that was cool, but the first Big Wheel (IIRC) from the 70s its one of my least favorite Spider-Man villains.

That's more than enough good stories, and in some cases great stories.

Norman reached his apex as a character and as a villain; there was really no need to bring him back, especially since Harry filled the role of Green Goblin so well (arguably better than Norman).
Harry Osborn never killed anyone as Goblin. If you don't kill people then you can't measure up to Norman.

Dude yes. Those Norman as the Goblin stories were so good. I love, love, love the bad blood between Peter and Norman because of that.

I’m clearly in the minority here, but I loved American Son and think that it’s one the best Norman stories in comics.

I will second this. That and New Ways To Die I think are legitimately good Peter/Norman/Harry stories that show the direct connection where the three are always instinctively drawn towards each other, and get pretty brutal by the end.

    Venom when he’s a villain.

I disagree. If there is still stuff to be done with Spiderman, then there is still stuff to be done with Green Goblin. Him not being clinically insane might be a good place to begin.
