Soundwave vs Pokemon

Using only his cassettes and without entering combat himself Soundwave (pick your preferred version, just specify) must compete in each region's Pokemon League, get the badges, topple its respective villains and become the League champion. His cassettes are considered Pokemon by the Leagues and can be healed at Pokemon centres. He cannot otherwise cheat. How's it go?

The big question is are the cassettes able to use teamwork, because its one thing they are really good at.

Listing feats based on the G1 cartoon to see how well they fair:

Soundwave
discovered the plan to leave Cybertron.
scanned Chip's mind to get the info needed for that weekly macguffin.

Laserbeak
killed optimus prime and forced them to do the macguffin card to save him within the first 6 episodes..
also could pretty much enter and exit the ark at will and undetected.

Rumble
- held off the autobots singlehandedly so that the decepticons could get away with the contents of an oil refinery
- smacked down hound twice in more then meets the eye, despite being half his size.
- stole cars and brought them to make the stunticons very successfully.
- also gathered gunpowder and mixed it in mideval times.
- come to think of it, when you wanted a crappy job that was integral to the plot, you gave it to rumble, and he usually succeeded.
- with his brother frenzy, stopped devestator dead in his tracks in the movie.
- best one liners of the show

Ravage
-Ravage prevented Bumblebee from coming to Spike's aid when the lad tripped. when they first started running experiments for the space bridge
- Ravage took part in a special mission, helping Rumble to distract the Autobots while Laserbeak kidnapped Sparkplug Witwicky.
- captured the entire predacon forces in beast wars by organizing the maximals until he found out the "truth"

Frenzy and Rumble later accompanied Soundwave on a mission to secure the Negavator for the Decepticons. They failed, but not before A.) Frenzy single-handedly tackled Optimus Prime and B.) Rumble nearly disintegrated him with that oh so indiscriminate Negavator.
