If it's Al Ewing writing then I'd be incredibly excited to see him write the FF even it's only a page.
As to who it is, the Crystal theory is making a lot of sense considering her connections to the characters.

Oh, well, that basically confirms it is Ewing. And while the Kree and Skrulls may be involved, it is more to do with the Eternity Mask. (thought maybe it might be because of the starry background but that could have also just been a cosmic connection) I'm guessing the new Masked Raider is the killer.
If Ewing is writing, I hope a signifiant part of the major players will be characters who never do anything relevant (or don't appear at all) in the other events.
Bringing back the old, killing the young: that's the Marvel way
"2FACED" is written on the shirt of the victim. Is that supposed to mean anything?

it might just be Ben Urich. he knows several marvel heroes. "two-faced" might refer to him having a pretty cozy relationship with the costumed community while also being an "impartial" journalist.
I gonna take the plain road here and say whomever it is lied about something/someone and they've paid the price for it.

So Eternity and the masked guy definitely ties in with the stuff we got from Marvel Comics #1000.
The silhouette really looks like someone with a Hala Star on their chest, yet again establishing a connection to the Kree like in the first teaser. With Hulkling potentially being involved, could ''2faced'' be related to his mixed Kree/Skrull heritage? And even if it's not Teddy, the Hala Star seems to narrow down the options quite a bit, since not many people have worn this Star over the years. Right now I'm inclined to say it's definitely someone related to the Captain Marvel legacy, 'cause the Hala Star on the chest look is very characteristic of that. But is the silhouette supposed to be the same person who died, or something else?
And then we have urban heroes in the background... and I have no idea how they fit into this at all. This is a puzzle indeed.
The head of the silhouette looks like a helmet ... Maybe Nova?
Or Captain Glory or Noh-Varr?
