1. Keanu Constantine
2. TV Constantine
How does he fare against either one in the following scenarios:
1. No weapons allowed - only magic casting, (and hand-to-hand if they somehow manage to get into melee range of one another)
2. Prep and all weapons/equipment allowed.
Bonus scenario: Book Harry vs Comics Constantine - no prep allowed for either.

from what i recall, john doesn't really have much in the way of offensive magic. at least, not in the way that harry does.

Live action version of Harry can't hold a candle to book version. Current book version has had way more powerups. I don't know how strong the latest comic version of Constantine is, or which version is more powerful, the print version or the live action version so I can't be sure.
