Miss Sinister since Krakoa and pod people are a thing, I bet she would like to have a saying in all of that.

Mystique only there because Selene resurrected Destiny.

Destiny resurrected by Selene and magically bound to her. Secretly working with Mystique on how to get rid of the Black Queen.

Martinique as telepathic backup and/or Malice (I would have Malice possess a new body, maybe a new female mutant with superstrenght and such since they are laking a bruiser, but she would be ready to jump into other bodies).

I'd have her resurrect some powerful lieutenants, like Siena Blaze, Anne Marie Cortez, and Tempo. Then use those women to manipulate others to join, like Thumbelina & Briquette, Strobe, Unuscione, Gargouille, Scanner, and Amelia Voght.

Maybe go Gold/Blue and build dispatch teams. Anne Marie as Selene's "Exodus", and Voght on teleports.
