Are you talking Mechagodzilla City from the Godzilla Anime trilogy or Kiryu from the Millenium movies Godzilla Against MechaGodzilla and Godzilla: Tokyo SOS?

Mechagodzilla City kind of never got in a fight, so Kiryu seems like the one to use.

Can we please just forget that the Godzilla anime happened? Seriously, aside from the last 2 minutes of the first film, the anime was utterly insulting to the fanbase

If this is meant to be Kiryu, then I'm giving it to Ghidorah.
He is a LOT heavier, more mobile and had some pretty legit h2h skills. Every clash he had with G was creating city spanning shockwaves. My best guess is that Kiryu nails him with one big volley at the start but fails to incapacitate him before he closes the gap and starts roughing Kiryu up.
The absolute zero weapon would probably inflict grievous harm, but it takes a while to charge. Even if it DID hit, I'm not sure it would finish Ghidorah off unless it was a direct center of mass shot. A glancing blow would suck, but Ghidorahs regeneration is nothing to sneeze at."At the end of the day, Arby is a pretty prolific poster proposing a plurality of proper posts for us."

Against Mecha Godzilla City is a weird one to figure out.
Its defenses probably eliminate his gravity beams entirely. Totally block them. Ghidorah is then reduced to close range building punching. Which would work methinks. As in, he could damage the structures just fine. But then there are a LOT of guns pointed his way.
It's very hard to say just what those guns would do. We have no frame of reference other then "useless against Godzilla except to force his auto shields on and take measurements". Sooo.... yeah.
By presentation? They probably harm Ghidorah. We know he basically ignores modern USA weapons (with slight future Hollywood tech stuff added like ARGO etc) and that he is /probably/ capable of dealing with nukes. But the City had like super mag rail guns and hyper sonic aircraft capable of turning on a dime and nanobots for days. I'll bet they could /hurt/ him. Just not sure if they can /finish/ him given his healing and potential energy draining. He might find a generator and start absorbing the City's energy.

Mecha G city effected Godzilla Earth, that's probably more then Legendry King G could do. Kiryu probably couldn't match monster zero though, maybe the absolute zero cannon could hurt him though
