Noh-Varr is the active Marvel Boy right now. Uranian from the Agents of Atlas and Justice from the New Warriors both formerly used the name.

David isn't confirmed to be a mutant. He's Justice's legacy character and debuted in Vance's solo book.

I've always thought they should retcon them both into being Hercules's kids. And incorporate that island of his kids from Agents of Atlas as well.
