Balrog at least, seems able to crater a solid stone edifice with a not-very-directed punch (i.e. slamming his fist into something behind him) in an SFV cutscene. But yeah, either way I'm pretty sure Anji wins. Though to be fair, I think all his rock-breaking is futae-no-kiwamis, but then it's not like he has any trouble throwing those around.

Anji can cause internal damage just by touching a guy, and ISTR him being able to spread that effect to a rather just by stabbing the ground, or something to that extent.
