EDIT - To elaborate a bit, "at" suggests a location - which would be "my work" there there a lots of people with different jobs, but they're all "at my work".
I'm thinking of instances where someone will say something like "She's meeting me at my work at 5:00" or "I have to stop by my work right quick to pick something up from my desk."
