Maybe during the events of the 5-year-gap. He was definitely an honorary member for many years.

Legion of Three Worlds seemed to assume that he had become a full member, but he was literally killed within 2 panels of his appearance, so who knows.

There are a lot of 'assumed' members that we've never seen formally inducted, in recent years. Karate Kid 2/Myg (again, in Lo3W, although that 'Mygg' had a mispelled name, and was an older caucasian, while the original Myg was younger than the original Legionnaires and asian). Chameleon Girl/Yera. Night Girl. Infectious Lass (Referred to as a Legionnaire in her appearance in the 21st century.).

I'll pick 5 classic favorites, and 5 I'd like to see more of;

1 - Shadow Lass
2 - Phantom Girl
3 - Duplicate Damsel/Girl
4 - Ultra Boy
5 - Timber Wolf

6 - Kid Quantum 2
7 - Dragonmage
8 - Tellus
9 - Tyroc
10 - Karate Kid 2 / Myg (the younger Asian one, not the older (dead) white dude!)

There are so many others tho... Hard not to put Sensor Girl or Lightning Lass or Dream Girl on the list, for instance. Or Sun Boy or Element Lad or Mon-El! Ugh! So many great characters! So many utterly distinctive and different personalities!

And then there are all those side characters in the Legion future that I love, who aren't (usually) Legionnaires, like Crystal Kid, Laurel Kent, Nightwind, Quanto, Theena, Gazelle, etc., etc. So much potential!
