X-Men itself should be, but I'm not so confident about the rest, since, obviously, they're not Hickman.

And some of the premises and casts don’t sound like huge sellers. If two can be up there like when Bendis was around, that’d be pretty good. There’ll always be a range.

I think X-men will sell for Hickman but I don't know about the other tittles. They are out of the ordinary and that can be good, maybe there is an unexpected hit there but I don't think the Market is forgiving or generous these days.

I do hope X-men and Excalibur do the best. I would like to believe X-force will do fine but I don't know if it will.

I think X-Force will sell the best after X-Men. It will be probably the only book from wave 1 except X-Men that will be close to 100 k.

Now, there’s also a new Batman/Superman book leading into a Batman Who Laughs event.

I hope the X books are good enough quality to sustain some of this energy. Obviously not at these levels, but it’d end nice to see a couple of them back at the top of ongoing Marvel series with Spider-man and Hulk.
Most of those books are not stealing readers from anything else that could be selling well. And Marvel tries to put out as many X-books even when demand is not there. You want to see glut, look at the amount of Spider-Man books, with and without the Carnage Event. Look at the glut of War of the Realms books Marvel just flooded the shelves with. Look at glut of Black Cat variants.

Basically, if anyone wants to know how Marvel can do better at having books that sell high and consistent, they need to look at Marvel, and not blame Batman.

Marvel is publishing more than twice book than DC. Marvel is doing that to itself.

as far as I know all issues have gone to second and some to third print. That is so good too, who knows what the real numbers will end up being.

Well we have seen the numbers of HoX #1 and PoX #1 reorders, and I was actually a little surprise by HoX. So I would not expect anything abnormal, as in whatever bump they get, a lot of other books are getting that reorder bump.
