New Mutants film. Still interested ?

This is probably one of the more view that I had really been looking forward to. Now after numerous delays and reports of reshoots and last minutes changes - I’m losing interest. And I’m wondering if it will EVER see the light of day.

Anyone else losing interest?

I enjoyed the trailer, but I have better things to do with my time than pay much attention to a troubled production. If it comes out, if I'm aware of it being out, and I have the opportunity to see it I probably will. It looked interesting, more so than most superhero films at least. I would hope that some of that comes through regardless of how long it's been cooking.

I'm interested in it but not on the big screen. I want it to go straight to Hulu or ABC like a special night type thing on regular tv

The huge delays bored me and knowing it isn't going to continue on any meaningful way after Disney bought Fox made me lost all hype, sadly

As a huge fan of the New Mutants (who has every issue of their first series and the first 100 issues of X-Force) I was so excited for this movie. I saw the animatics they did and those looked awesome and that just raised my excitement. Then I saw the dud of a trailer that just looked like a generic haunted house movie. I mean come on this a movie about kids with powers and they didn't show even one using them?!? Without the word "mutants" in the title you would have no clue these kids are supposed to have superpowers. I knew right then that this movie was in trouble.

At this point I just don't care really but if it come on Hula I will give a it look just to see if it is better than I am afraid it turned out.

I HATE who they casted for Sunspost and Cecelia. And to an extent Dani. So no. I’m not interested. That cast is such a turn off.

It hurts even more because they put so much effort into making sure they got great, accurate actors for Rahne, Illyana, and Sam but then Josh Boone said “lol well three for three right?” and poopied the bed with the rest.
