Comic Thanos? He has a heart attack but doesn't care. Not long after, it starts up again, assuming it even shut off in the first place.
Dude has ABSURD durability, eternal heritage and control over his own molecules and can even overcome reality warping esoterics. He should be fine without even needing the gauntlet.
MCU Thanos? I dunno, he probably starts dying of a heart attack but then either cures himself with the IG or snaps you for a mutually assured destruction tie.

Comic Thanos? Ryuk (I assume he comes with this Death Note) tears the page out before you finish writing and eats it before telling you if you try again he'll kill YOU. Remember, Comic Thanos with the Gauntlet basically defeated every cosmic-level entity in his universe and even Death herself acknowledged he was far above her in power.
Critics who treat adult as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence.

As I recall, they don’t work on the Shinigami and so in the absence of feats, the Death Note isn’t working on Titanian Eternals.
"What I sought, I could not obtain."
"This is a meaningless battle. We are two madmen engaging in senseless folley."
"I will kill, I will let live..."
