Why did you give Magneto a weapon?
even without a weapon, Magneto can def pull a Scarlet Witch with Thanos' armor.
This is all assuming that the blade or anything on Thanos's person is actually ferrous, as movie Magneto specifically only has magnetism, IIRC.
Of course, that still leaves him with flight, the ability to manipulate all the metal on the entire planet, and the possibility that Thanos blood/numbers/meat is far denser in iron than their human analogues.
Magneto worked on a pretty ridiculous scale after his upgrade from Apocalpyse.
IDK, Thanos don't want none of that. If Scarlet Witch can mess him up then Magneto is going to obliterate him if there's even the smallest amount of magnetic material for him to play with.
This is a good time for me to express my disappointment that Thanos sans gauntlet didn't/couldn't fire energy beams. *Especially* out of his eyes.

Perhaps if they were fighting in close quarters, Thanos might have been able to wrest his sword away from Magneto. Magneto does have the power to impose his magnetic will on a planetary level, but it takes time and concentration. Given how inhumanly strong Thanos is, he might've been able to take Magneto by surprise.
But yeah, I give Magneto the win.
