Yeah I'm right there with you. Can't believe Lolli could only get 2 issues in before the fill ins started. Hope this won't be a trend for the series.

It was due to rather extenuating and unavoidable circumstances for the artist and quite understandable so...I can't be too mad.
In the meantime, Bandini and Lewerk are good enough interim replacements...I just hope Matteo comes back on board eventually for a good long run. I miss the days when I was just as (or even more) excited to see my favourite artists month after month on a single title.

Can anyone tell me where this comes from? I keep seeing people say this on here but curious how it was presented in the original quote! I’d be surprised if it doesn’t have other mutants in some capacity.. but interesting if he’s really paring the first issue down to just those four.

He said the big action stuff in #1 is Cyclops, Storm, Magneto and Polaris. But he never said they’re the only ones in the issue.

So now that we saw the cover art for Marauders I can't help but think that dude crawling out the egg has the shape of that Matthew Mallory The Omega Mutany dude from Uncanny and I hope to hell I'm wrong because I could not stand him. Hence why I said into existence. Believe me I hope to hell it's not him, the character and the general concept of him were aggravating to say the least. But if Xavier's scanned every mind of the mutants on Krakoa including Eva's he would have knowledge of him. I'm not sure as to how they would go about it but I could see them bringing him back. Let it be known I'm only going off the body type we saw and the defensive body languages of Ororo, Bobby, and Bishop. His character was just the first that came to mind for me because I just reread Uncanny. I personally hope the person in that pod is completely unrelated.
