HOLY...! wait a second, is Northstar gay? I was wondering what it meant when he shouted that! That would *really* make sense of a lot of inexplicable behavior from him over the years. I’m thinking Marjorie Liu’s Astonishing run...

hmmm makes me wonder if all the new books are going to have data pages by Muller. Or on the other hand, maybe not even Hickman's books will -- that could have been a special thing for the higher-priced HOX/POX run. Probably still plenty of elements for Muller to design either way. I wonder if they'll all be using mixed-case lettering too.
I just realized that Shaw and Emma are playing either Battleship or Risk in the Hellfire Club parlour and Emma is winning, of course Emma is illegally using Kitty's pieces on the board because Kitty went to the bathroom and said Emma could have her turn:
We are MUTANT..Krakoa, FOREVER!!! “Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité”
Going by Duggan's twitter response that cover was a not so subtle clue as to Kitty's Red Queen status.
Lord Ewing *Praise His name! Uplift Him in song!* Your divine works will be remembered and glorified in worship for all eternity. Amen!
I hope Shaw is used well in this book and not treated as a buffoon or cartoon character constantly being made a fool of by Emma. The man should be seen as a formidable opponent and a dangerous antagonist not to be taken lightly. I hope we see him scheming and plotting and even occasionally getting the better of Emma and Kitty. Shaw should be a major force that rivals Emma in both the business/economic and political world. He needs to regain some of his lost cred and show his power and influence again. Now I know I'm probably asking too much and Shaw will continue to be bested by Emma but I hope not. Let the man become a major figure again, let him be competent and intelligent and let him have some victories; no matter how minor they may be. Dont let become a joke character like Sabretooth, only in the book to be a clown and constantly failing and being made a fool of. Yes Emma is the star but let Shaw have his moments too.
Emty is more apt if the creators start actively queer-baiting with no intention of fulfilling anything.. (Though right now it’s still entirely fan driven, so way too soon to hold it against them when they needn’t lift a finger to encourage it.) Solution: give those two some unresolved tension if you want, but actually let them, or at least Kitty, be textually queer in the meantime so those hopes don’t rest entirely on one never-gonna-happen, slightly problematic ship.
Whoa, ships full of ships, the layers! Look out Moby Dick here come the X-Men!
